FAQs
What do I actually receive?
A hero launch film plus cutdowns and stills, scoped in the quote. Final files after the balance clears.
When do I see work, and when do I decide?
You approve direction before production. Then you review the first cut. Two revision rounds are included. Extra rounds are quoted.
Will we get on a call?
Once, at the start: a 20-minute intro. After that everything is async — concept, cuts, and notes by message. We only schedule another call if it genuinely solves something faster.
How long does it take?
Most films take 3–4 weeks from our first call to final cut: about a week to scope and approve direction, then about two weeks of production. The clock pauses while we wait on your feedback. Launching on a fixed date? Tell us on the call. Rush delivery is available when our schedule allows.
What do you need from me?
Twenty minutes, product or demo access, brand basics, and a decision-maker for the two approvals. We don’t need a kickoff deck.
How does payment work?
Projects start at $3,000. 50% to start direction. The rest on final approval, before files. Terms are in the quote.
